You are the Chief Administrative Officer for the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville TX. You have been asked by the Board Chair to evaluate the current organizational structure. The board is considering a change to improve the overall performance of the organization. Your task is to identify the current structure (discuss what it is as well as the pros and cons). You are to then discuss an alternate structure that is in keeping with our mission, vision, and goals/objectives (Be sure to mention these in your analysis). Provide a discussion of the alternative to include what it is and the pros/cons. Once you have completed your analysis, you are to make a recommendation on which structure will allow us to function at the most optimal level. Be sure to include a rationale for your choice.
